Inhale s l o w l y through your nose.
Exhale s l o w l y like a sigh, let it go.
This is where we begin. A good breath is all your body really wants. We slouch, tighten, slump, sag, and tense up.
So, try it once or twice a day to start. Put your feet on the floor. Relax your arms to your sides. Take 3 big breaths…and exhale.
