L2 + Cardio: This class is faster paced and for the more experienced client. Strength, sculpting and the conditioning effects Pilates is known for with the addition of a heart rate boosting cardiovascular workout. Adding the Wunda chairs and various Pilates props to rev up caloric burn, this class is perfect for those students who want to get the benefit of cardio fat burning and body sculpting in one class.
Towers: This Pilates workout will leave you feeling strong, aligned, lengthened and connected to your core.
